工作职责 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
HR business partner is responsible for leading and supporting all HR initiatives to fulfill business goals and objectives: identifying, developing and implementing HR strategic projects that have direct impact to the implementation of business strategies.
Its role includes but not limited to:
SPR, HC Planning, job req approval, talent development strategies, associate engagement initiatives, performance management programs, rewards and recognition programs, talent retention, employee relationship.
专业知识,技巧与能力 SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
University degree or above
Strong customer service focus.
Strong HR in Employee Relations, Organizational Development, Performance Management, Staffing and Compensation
Strong interaction, communication and influence skills
6-8 years of HR relevant working experience at least
Good analyzing capability with reasonable business sense
Persistent and responsible for his/her accountabilities with proactive attitude
Strong leadership, interpersonal communication, problem solving and analytical skills
Self-driven, self-starter
Good command of spoken and written English
