Position Description:
1.Contribute to the business strategy by helping business leaders to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes;
2. Support line managers in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirements in line with the function/business strategy;
3. Implement appropriate employee training and manage its delivery;
4. Facilitate initiatives aligned with the strategic agenda;
5. Lead HR program planning and execution
Position Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in HR management, business administration, or related field
2. 6-10years experience in two Human Resources fields or more
3. Organized and result-driven, good at problem solving, excellent communication and execution capability
4. Proficient skills of office software and project management
5. Fluent spoken and written English are required
