Responsibilities
- Develops and implements recruitment/staffing strategies and HR policies to assist the achievement of business objectives
- Oversees the recruitment & staffing function ensure that the vacancies are timely & cost-effectively fulfilled
- Reviews & manages the periodic performance management process to achieve continuous enhancement in staff performance & business result.
- Works to ensure proper and timely permitting for all foreign employees.
Position Requirements
- 8-15 years human resources experiences
- Ex-Pat or 'Worldly' Chinese would be preferred
- BA/BS or equivalent in Business, HR, or related field
- Familiarity with China and US HR policies and regulations
- Intimate knowledge of both Chinese and international professional working cultures; understands the differences in operations and can get things done within local and global environments, likely working for a global company/ MNC/JV
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of employees
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese. As for Ex-Pat candidates, conversational Mandarin Chinese is highly preferred
