Primary Responsibility
Deliver efficiencies thru simplification & automation via e-commerce tools and process adoption in low-touch repeated buy transaction environment & drive portal based tool adoption with customers and sales reps.
Design, Training & Management of Change
• On-boarding and refresher Training e-commerce tools and processes (audience: customers, sales, and AOM)
• MOC to drive standardize e-commerce process and tools (how-to)
• Migrate customer and sales force to adopt the e-commerce tools
• Champion the Low Touch adoptions in Customer/Sales Business forum
• Represent requirement from customers/sales for Tools enhancement or new IT POR/SIP
Adoption
• Process improvement to optimize automation and ops efficiency
• Product Management engagement / Run-rate Offering management / Pricing Tier
• L2/L3 Escalation management on offering / catalog / CCA & B2B portal
• Responsible for CCA and B2B adoptions with sales and customers*
• Accountable for new customer setup on B2B portal**
Monitoring & Control
• Monitor Performance (Adoption rate/ TAT / SLA management)
• Conduct Review with Sales management to drive tool adoption
• Provide Ongoing Coaching to ISRs and customer to ensure the automation tools & Processes followed
