SCP Main scope are:

-Responsible for the global product supply chain planning by establishing the weekly plan, availability, capability and commitment at agreed service levels (KPI’s & response time)

-Translate demand signals into supply chain plans by adding expertise and smart planning logic to drive the most efficient supply chain for that product/demand

-Accountable for fulfilment of the committed volumes and in case of any discrepancy, drive appropriate action and communication

Weekly balancing and commitment to sales demand based on material supply and capacity status.

Based on commitment result to create production plan and distribute to the sites/factories.

Sites/Factories production management.

Co-ordinate with Sales team and Fulfillment team and resolve the order fulfillment issues and drive for the material supply improvement with material execution team.

Provide the Risk and Opportunity analysis for each projects to the Executive Management team in the company.

REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree with  min 2 years planning experience or Supply Chain management area for Global companies: Preferable Electronically Manufacturing Experience 

• Excellent English skills 

• Excellent Communication skills (ability to describe complex supply chains in a simple way)

• Good analytical and tactical skills 

• Strong supply chain area knowledge.

• Excellent presentation skills 

• Proven Leadership Excellence within international companies across Global teams 

• SAP knowledge 

• Is naturally taking ownership and being proactive, taking own initiatives to secure success 

• A high degree of flexibility towards change yet combined with strong integrity 

• Strong ethical and professional background 

Strong Supply Chain Management experience and knowledge  - Able to quick understand key enablers, bottlenecks and actions to maximize Product availability

Strong analytical and tactical thinking

Great Communicator, ability to describe complex supply chains in a simple way
