职责:
Coordinate local activities for Functions that do not have onsite presence, serving as these Functions’ key contact point in the branch and facilitating functional activities, as required, across Businesses and Functions in the branch
Manage branch administration in line with Banking Services guidelines and standards, taking into account the needs of all staff in the branch; areas of focus include health and safety (BCP), access card system, branch license, pantry, equipment, and electrical appliances management, branch payment, vendor management, GM office asset management.
Assist GM to arrange on local logistics include hotel booking, meal arrangement, car booking, etc.
Manage key events for all staff in the branch including annual dinner, learning week and Corporate Social Responsibility related activities
Document chopping
Process and track General Manager related expenses
要求:
Bachelor degree with 2-3 fives related working experience
Strong communication skills & good planning skill.
Passion, Cooperative & independent.
Good written English.
Self-motivated and be able to work under pressure
