General Manager for North Region北方区域销售经理-北京
Reporting To: Corporate Vice President
Job Purpose
The General Manager directs the sale of the company’s products and services within a defined geographic area, province or country. He/ She ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of personnel.
The General Manager represents company headquarters and its executives in keeping teams updated regarding strategic developments and operational targets, ensuring teams have resources, systems, support, and knowledge to achieve goals.
Responsibilities
· Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings
· Set targets, plan budgets, and control operational expenditures to achieve both revenue and profit goals
· Educates sales team by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth, sales of emerging products and multi-product sales
· Continuously drives improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support, management of expenses and business/financial issues on contracts.
· Recruit, train and inspire multiple teams to deliver results across Sales/Retail, Corporate, Residential, Administration, and general operations
· Develops, maintains and administers a sound organizational plan; initiates improvements as necessary for high quality succession planning at all levels of his/her organization.
· Provides advice and recommendations to the Vice President and CEO about business development, revenue opportunities, policies, procedures, etc.
· Oversees marketing and community programs to promote services and facilities to potential and present customers.
· Build strong bridges with the local community.
