Requirements:
Sales Function:
- Preparing quotations and purchase orders, as well as legal documents.
- Working with the sales team and management to monitor all upcoming sales deals in the regions.
- Processing all the orders, i.e. process, track, review, check to compliance with company policy.
- Managing partners’ documents and orders.

GM Admin:
- Assisting in handling daily affairs for GM: such as scheduling various conferences, meetings and appointments
- Being responsible for GM meeting minutes, invitation letters, reimbursements.
- Organizing GM's business trips itinerary: booking hotels and airline tickets domestically and internationally, and making necessary arrangements for the trips.
- Greeting foreign visitors, indulging hotel booking, and other related arrangements.
- Filing variety of technical materials: including memos, reports and confidential materials
- Supporting other functions as needed. For instance like Sales, Marketing, Finance and Service and establish good relationships

Qualifications:
- Honest and hardworking
- Team player
- Demonstrating excellent skills in the use of MS office products specifically word, excel and PowerPoint, proficient in Excel
- Good time management and organization skill
- Excellent oral English and Chinese
- Quick learner and detail oriented.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor degree with major in English, Business or other majors
- Above 3 years of related working experience in multinational company is preferred
- Efficient using with Salesforce is preferred
