Sr. Training Specialist 

Responsibilities & Duties 

- Training Program 

• Facilitate and coordinate on internal/external training programs, including Leadership Development, technical and industry trainings in ERP and Management Consulting, fresh graduate, MBA sponsorship, self-study program etc. 

• Take part as one of the HR trainers in new hire orientation 

• Plan and execute yearly training schedule according to business and employee needs 

• Communicate with Global and overseas headquarters on training and trainer resources 

- Knowledge Management 

• Collect and sort project documentations to update case inventory for future sharing and reference 

- Trainer Pool Build-up 

• Play a leading role in setting up internal trainer pool for repeatable training programs 

- Medical Insurance & Yearly Health Check 

• Act as a coordinator with vendors for commercial medical insurance and yearly health check

Qualifications 

要求：28岁以上，全日制本科，5年以上相关工作经验, 

• Bachelor degree and above, preferably major in HR Management 

• Minimum 5 years of training related experience 

• Strong communication skills in Chinese & English 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint 

• Multi-tasking and detail-oriented 

• Ability to work independently, as well as a team player
