Sr Specialist/Specialist - C&B
Responsibilities & Duties
- Performance Review and Engagement Management
Coordinate, facilitate, and assist in improving process of yearly performance review
- Compliance and Employee Relations
Maintain and assist in updating company policy with senior management and act as a contact window for employee inquiries and employee relation issues
- Compensation
Work with Shared Service on payroll and bonus operation; Manage and monitor external vendor for Social Insurance contribution
Analyze, summarize and compare market survey data with internal salary structure for market competitiveness; assist in designing, adjusting, and executing compensation strategy
Coordinate with Finance and Shared Service on expatriate salary and expense packages
- HRIS Management
Monitor and improve the maintenance of employee data (basic info, leave balance, etc.) in HR systems and run ad hoc reports and analysis
Qualifications
要求:28岁以上,全日制本科,5年以上相关工作经验,参与过公司薪资调研/薪酬调整/job grading
· Bachelor degree and above, preferably major in HR Management
· Minimum 3 years of C&B related experience
· High integrity and sense of confidentiality
· Strong communication skills in Chinese & English
· Familiar with China Labor Law and regulations
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, esp. Excel
· Multi-tasking and detail-oriented
· Ability to work independently, as well as within teams
