Column Associates are an Executive Search and HR Consultancy company providing senior executives to the Technology, Banking and Finance, Professional Services and Manufacturing sectors. The main responsibilities for the Office manager are;
考勒姆公司是一家独立的猎头和人力资本咨询服务公司,支持着全世界科技、建筑与制造、银行与金融、专业服务和生命科学企业的发展。我们帮助客户巩固、开发转变经营效益必须的领导班子。我们与国内和跨国机构合作,为他们提供各方面的建议,聘用、开发顶级水平的行政管理人才帮助他们建立并支持健康的领导团队。我公司现有办公室行政经理职位提供,具体要求如下:
1. Assistant to the CEO/CEO的助理
2. General office and operational support/基本的办公室运作
3. General administration and management of office supplies each month/基本的行政管理,办公室采购
4. Management of the companies database (Data input) and training of new staff for companies IT systems/合作公司的信息采集,系统数据的更新
5. Provide accurate candidate reports and summaries of the data gathered/提供候选者的基本信息采集,资料的完善
6. Management of companies finances (social security payments, expenses, payroll etc)/公司的财政管理,完成每月的付款
7. Management of CEO travel and meetings/CEO的会议,出差安排
8. Other duties as outlined by Senior Management/其他工作由中高级领导分配
9. Excellent appreciation of Microsoft Word, Excel etc./较好地运用Office软件,如Word, Excel等
10. Fluent in English and Chinese is a must/较好的英语以及普通话的表达
11. BA degree with at least 1 year experiences in administration, marketing or BD/本科学历在行政,市场或者业务开发有过至少1年的工作经验
