工作内容：
1. Support PSA team on buying, including assortment plan, order fulfill and feedback collection.
2. Work closely with relative functional team, monitor delivery control, make sure all deliveries on agenda, meanwhile, based on new store opening plan adjust product allocation plan.
3. Base on sell-thru report to provide detail analysis on SKU level to identify key drivers for best seller, as well as slow moving SKU.
4. Monitor stock level by stores in healthy level in terms of manage product life cycle and discount rate.
5. Go to market and work closely with Operation/VM/Training team to ensure in store merchandise.
6. Coordinate Retail region PSA, Finance, Forecast & Planning Analyst & Logistics team on data management and reporting system. (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reports of regions consolidation and delivery to related function)
7. Accountable for reviewing all key figures and reports to define store overall performance and any missed opportunity, quick response.
Team working, work closely with Product/Training/VM/Retail Project/Logistic/Customer Service/Operation team.
任职要求：
Minimum Relevant Experience: 2-3 year(s)
Minimum Supervisory Experience: sales or retail data analyse/merchandise or buying work experience in retail industry. SAP experience is preferred.
1. High level knowledge and skills in Microsoft products and databases, knowledge and experience with merchandising systems is preferred
2. Detail-oriented and figure sensitive, strong analytical skills is preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skill.
