The Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and management of the marketing plan, calendar, budget, and communications initiatives. The Marketing Manager oversees company promotions, events, advertising, digital and social media and merchandise, and company websites.

• Develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.

• Ensure effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization.

• Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
• 开展市场调研以确定现有产品和未来产品的市场需求;
• Deliver analysis of customer research, market conditions and competitor information
• 分析客户调研信息、市场状况和竞争者信息
• Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
• 为新产品和现有产品制定营销计划,并落实营销项目
• Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
• 管理营销计划和项目的产出率
• Manage the marketing budget, delivering programs within agreed budget
• 管理营销预算、在约定的预算范围内完成项目
• Manage the work of designers, and printers ensuring outstanding levels of quality, cost effectiveness, and brand alignment to standard
