Job Purpose
To help expand the reach of the China Market through establishing cooperation with sub dealers, direct sales, retail sales channels and other points of sale. The Business Development specialist will maintain the relationships through training, communications and constant contact.
通过建立经销商、直销、零售及其他渠道,开拓中国市场;通过培训、沟通和长期联系保持与上述销售伙伴的关系。
Job Responsibilities
• Negotiating and signing contracts with sub dealers, direct sales, channels, other point of sales
• 开发和管理销售渠道,包括经销商、直销、分销等销售途径
• Negotiate and sign contracts with high-end malls of company’s target market to open the new points of sale.
• 在公司的目标市场,与高端商场建立联系,完成拓展开店计划。
• Processing order and logistics
• 管理订单及物流情况
• Report demographic and statistics of current and potential geographic locations
• 对现有及潜在地区消费人群的统计和分析
• Build and maintain a point of sale pipeline
• 建立并维护销售途径
• Track purchase history and report to management team
• 跟踪代理商采购情况,及时向管理层汇报
• Manage dealer pricing structure
• 管理经销商价格结构
• Manage after sales service for dealers
• 管理经销商的售后服务
• Manage contracts and day to day management of sub dealers
• 管理代理商合同并对代理商进行日常管理
• Vet potential business partners through stringent screening process
• 通过严格的审查挑选潜在的销售伙伴
• Travel and on-site visits to all business partners and current points of sale
• 拜访所有的销售伙伴和现有的销售点
