Reporting to: E-Commerce Department Manger
Job Purpose:
The Online Direct Sales Supervisor supports.
Responsibilities:
·Provide consultation on pre and after sales by online chatting and 400 phone负责网络销售的售前、售中及售后，以及网络销售热线
·Sell products through the company home webpage，TMall and/or Taobao Stores通过公司官网网销平台、天猫、淘宝等平台销售公司产品
·Arrange daily delivery to customer 完成公司内部的销售订单并安排日常发货和产品配送
·Deal with after sales inquiries and help to coordinate with different apartments to get customers’ problem solved 协助解决售后问题
·Report KPI 统计网络销售数据和关键指数。
·Assist in administrative and other tasks from the manager 完成经理安排的其他辅助性工作。
