Responsibilities:
Performs administrative assistance to GM including scheduling
appointments, processing mails, screening all incoming calls, making
reservations and travel arrangements
Maintains office calendar; including in-office client meetings
Establishes and maintains files and records, as well as maintain
database of contacts.
Compiles, photocopies and collates documents for meetings, and takes
minutes in key conferences or seminars
Assists the senior management in preparing reports and proposals
whenever required
Coordinates other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Diploma or above 
- At least 3 -5 years relevant working experience 
- Previous experience in administration task involving multiple locations 
- Possess strong inter-personal skill 
- Well organized and good team player
- Excellent skills of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint  
- Good command of both written and spoken Mandarin and English 
- Knowledge of Cantonese a plus
