Key Responsibilities and accountabilities
Responsible for HR Contracts
Create, control and archive HR Contracts for employees
Control an updated list when contracts expire -> Renew contracts on time
Remind management 2 weeks before the probation time of new employees expires
Make sure with our lawyers that contracts are always confirm with the law
Update employee records (time sheet, absence list, track performance etc.)
Make sure new employees signs the handbook and are aware about internal rules and regulations
Responsible for Salaries and Bonus payment
Calculate salaries and organize that salaries are always paid on time!
Send out salary sheet to employees
Calculate, control and observe our commission and bonus system
Contact person for questions from employees
Get an understanding about salaries situation in the market
Responsible for Social Security
Organizing social security contracts for new employees
Main responsible contact person for employees for all social security matters
Make sure all our employees have a valid social security and health certification card
Quit social security contract and organize file transfer on time when people are leaving the company
Follow up in case employees have an accident or health issues
Coordinate needed administration work for supplementary insurance
Responsible for HR Documents, Rules, Guidelines
Update and create needed internal and external HR documents, rules and guidelines (including Handbook) in cooperation with our lawyer team and the management
Make sure all information are updated and available for every employee to access (Intranet, Public Folder)
Being responsible that all employees read the needed information and signed a paper to prove awareness
Responsible for Training Program within the HR department
Train new employees about HR Rules and Social Security
Train team about Core Values and Team Building
Develop workshops, training courses and presentations about HR issues
Create a welcome and introduction process for new employees
Make sure that everyone understands our internal rules and guidelines!
Make sure that all employees are updated regularly about internal changes
Research and introduce ideas how to develop our staff on different levels and working areas
Work with the training center to schedule and organize courses and trainers
Develop measurement tools to evaluate the educational level of our staff and to know who should attend the available courses
Responsible for company apartments
Update and optimize dormitory list
Manage dormitory contracts and control various lists (key, furniture, reparations etc.)
Organize dormitory rent payment on time
Make sure that all employee living in the apartments know the rules and guidelines
Main contact person for landlords and agents
