Job description
Report to: Office manager
Location: Beijing
Responsibilities:
l Purchase with vendors such as office supplies, food and beverages.
l Set up personal badge info. into system and make the record.
l Supervise regulatory cleaning work.
l Office facilities maintenance and Telephone fee settlement.
l Office snacks & beverages supply.
l Manage employee cafeteria by catering to employee’s needs;
l Arrange biz travel including tickets booking/accommodation etc.
l Temporary out matters.
l Organize company events such as outing and annual party, work with admin team to have FreeWheel spirit program well implemented in Beijing Office.
l Expense claim report record & upload and other finance matters.
Requirement:
l College graduate, about 3-5 years related work experience
l Have a large foreign or joint venture company working experience and majored in English are preferred.
l Good English oral and written expression and good presence.
l Willing to learn and to take responsibility, able to work under pressure.
l Be organized, good at communication and have team work spirit.
l The experience of accounting or cashier will be an advantage
