工作内容：
· Manage full cycle recruiting in Asia, predominantly in Greater China.
· Leverage multiple sourcing strategies and channels including your external network, job boards, and internal referrals to provide high quality candidates.
· Be a talent advisor to hiring managers and collaborate with them to understand their hiring needs and goals.
· Partner with HR Business Partner on all recruiting matters
Contribute towards the maintenance & build-out of Asia candidate database.
· Provide recommendations to improve our process and provide detailed information regarding the market conditions.
· Provide data and reporting on your activity to feed an all up hiring plan and recruiting team performance.
· Source, screen resumes/profiles, interview qualified candidates, evaluate skill level, manage offer process, reference checking, and make salary recommendations.
· Drive offer process - including extending offers, closing candidates.
· Update, input and maintain accurate documentation, tracking and status of candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
Candidate management to provide the best possible candidate experience to all candidates.
Contribute towards employer branding efforts & future talent acquisition projects.
Manage campus recruitment for intern or graduate hire.

Requirements:
· Passionate about high-tech and gaming technology/industry
· BA/BS degree or equivalent with at least 5 years relevant experience
· Possess a strong sense of how to identify top talent and the drive to go after them
· Solid knowledge of all full cycle recruiting components including sourcing, qualifying, networking, salary trends, relationship management and closing.
· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
· Contribute to the team culture—willing to help out your colleagues and the team
· Experience recruiting in IT Software or Game industry is preferred
Strong consultative qualities and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate across all levels in the organisation as well as externally
· Strong communicating and negotiating skill
Ability to speak English
