Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Department: HR Department
Reporting to: Global Talent Acquisition Manager
Role Description
In this role you will be responsible for all activities associated with attracting new employees to our growing business. You will be looking after all our vacancies in APAC, where we have offices in multiple countries including China, India, Singapore and Australia.
We are looking someone with a very diverse skillset. You’ll need to combine your marketing, sales, research technical and people skills in order to be successful in this role.
As we are a highly technical company, you have to love the challenge of recruiting mainly technical staff. You will pro-actively search for the best available talent in the market, and make sure our employer brand is improved and promoted where possible. You will ensure a fantastic candidate experience, whilst at the same time ensuring our internal managers receive outstanding recruitment advice and support.
You will partner with our business to understand their recruitment needs, write compelling advertisements and help with CV selecting / interviewing / offer process.
Primary Responsibilities
• Build and promote the company Employer Brand in the APAC region
• Write outstanding, compelling job advertisements
• Enter new vacancies into our recruitment system
• Post our vacancies on internal and external websites
• Build Talent Pools using the latest LinkedIn features and our own database
• Source candidates, using all available channels
• Build and manage relationships with Universities / attend job fairs
• Select and (phone) screen appropriate candidates to be evaluated by hiring manager
• Schedule interviews and technical tests for candidates
• Assist with interviews for all level roles
• Project Lead or assistance on (global) Talent Acquisition projects
• Act as ongoing candidate relationship manager
• Extend and negotiate offers of employment for selected candidates
• Coordinate candidate travel and screening where required
• Train hiring managers on how to use our system (SuccessFactors) and help them to use it efficiently
• Ensure that all the data in our recruitment system and report is up to date
Knowledge & Skill Requirements
• Previous experience as a Senior Recruiter (ideally in a technical environment)
• Previous experience recruiting for a wide range of positions which require pro-active sourcing
• Expert LinkedIn user (with potential to become certified recruiter) and strong knowledge of all available sourcing tools and job boards in APAC
• Experience with building an employer brand in the APAC region
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• Strong affinity with IT/Software related recruitment
• Must have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

• Highly organized and an absolute multi-tasker
• Team player with a lot of initiative and curiosity
• Besides sales and marketing skills, you need to be persuasive, thoughtful and friendly
