Responsibility
• Partner with CEO, CTO, COO and Business leaders to define leadership hiring, hiring roadmap and execute accordingly in full cycle recruitment.
• Make sure the right people strategies are in place to carry forward the company’s business strategies.
• Help build a healthy and growing organization: organization consulting, leadership coaching, and succession planning, key talent development and employee relations.
• Developed employer brand in market.
• Designed the performance appraisal and annual performance management process, designed the job evaluation process.
• Deliver company salary structure report and company analysis report considering internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Be responsible for driving initiative that develops a culture of team, success and innovation.
Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 6 years of work experience with at least 5 years in a recruitment role
• Relevant experience in full life cycle of recruitment, from opening of job to offer stages would be advantageous
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
