Position: HR Manager
Location: Beijing/Haikou, China
HNA Aviation is now seeking an experienced HR Manager. The talent should have 3+ years of HR consulting experience in well-known human resources consulting firms.
Responsibilities
• Provide strategic guidance regarding recruitment/payroll/employee training/performance appraisal/corporate welfare/employee relations etc. to decision makers.
• Drive continuous improvement by reviewing, analyzing and reporting on the progress and impact of initiatives.
• Address business solutions to company’s budget control and other human resource issues.
Requirements
• Have bachelor or above degree from 985/211 universities in China or top 150 universities ranked by The Times this year.
• Have 3+ years of HR consulting experience in well-known human resources consulting firms.
• Be proficient in English, CET-6 or above. Have good command of Mandarin.
• Have strong analysis and presentation skills.
• At least be good at one of the following Human Resource processes (Planning，Recruitment and allocation, Training and development, Performance appraisal, salaries and benefits, Staff relations.)
