-   Talent Acquisition Specialist, Kantar Greater China
-   Based in Beijing
The role consists of making our talent acquisition more efficient, developing various recruitment channels, cultivating relationships with potential candidate, and building the rich talent pool for Kantar Group (http://www.kantar.com/) in Greater China. You work closely the talent acquisition team in Greater China to fulfill the talent acquisition needs for all the operating brands under Kantar Group ((eg. Millward Brown, TNS-Sinotrust, Kantar Worldpanel, Kantar Retail and Kantar Media-CIC and etc.).

Responsibilities:
·         Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and the hiring managers to clarify recruiting requisitions and ensure that all the recruitment processes are conducted efficiently to meet all assigned KPIs, and in accordance with Kantar Group’s policies and standards.
·         Responsible for the talent acquisition of all the operating brands under Kantar Group in Greater China. Post job vacancies on various job boards and social media platforms, screen CVs, proactively source and engage candidates, conduct 1st round interview, and arrange further interviews with hiring managers.
·         Works with the hiring managers in an effective way to help them make hiring decisions, offers, reference checks and employment contracts and etc.
·         Build and maintain a talent pool for all the operating brands under Kantar. Work with recruitment team of Greater China and APAC for maintaining the talent data base.
·         Get involved in recruitment projects such as campus recruitment program and etc.
·         Regularly update recruitment tracking reports and maintain relationships with qualified candidates and contacts.

Qualifications:
·         Bachelor degree or above, Human Resources major will be preferred;
·         At least 2 years of experience in recruitment at multinational companies. Experience in headhunters is highly preferred.
·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills, such as problem solving, influencing, and negotiating skills;
·         Proactive, results-oriented, a quick learner with can-do attitudes.
·         Excellent in Microsoft office including Words, PowerPoint, Excel spreadsheet.
·         Ready to work as a team player and under pressure.
