Position: 访寻员Researcher Consultant

Responsibilities:
Ø Make cold calls to unknown candidates.
Ø Build up lists of target companies and candidates.
Ø Collect and screen CVs according to job specifications and requirements from clients.
Ø Support Consultant in making recruitment calls to the targeted candidates, and arrange face to face interviews.
Ø Thorough and in depth research in the company and positions accountable for.
Ø In depth analyzing and drawing the correct org chart based on the information and input received from the candidates. Ensure the needed information is well reflected on the organization structure produced.
Ø Present the profile to the Consultant to further justify the candidates.
Ø Ensure needed information of the candidate such as birth dates, given name, contact number, job functions, technical skill set etc from the candidate CV are keyed into the system.
Ø Ensure the candidate revised profile is keyed into the system.
Ø Support the Consultant to fulfill the performance targets/ goals set by management.
Ø Research the specific market to maintain current and up-to-date industry information.
Ø Ensure follow the company process and procedure to get the work done. This includes sending email to candidates, filing of the information and information keyed into the system.
Ø Follow through process and procedure to get result. This includes pay attention to details.
Requirements:
Ø Education: Bachelor or above degrees, MBA is preferred.
Ø Fresh graduates or 1~3 years working experience inany one field of the followings, sales marketing experience preferred:
---Industrial Automation, Automobile,Electronics Manufacturing, Chemical Industry;
---Finance & Accounting,Securities and Asset Management;
---IT,including games,internet,telecom,IT HW;
---Healthcare,Consumer,HR & Legal;
---Property & Construction.
Ø Communication: possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, like to make cold calls to unknown people.
Ø English and computer skills: Good English in both written & spoken, skillful in computer operation.
Ø Able to handle rejections, willing to face challenges and able to work under pressure.
工作职责:
- 通过各种渠道访寻候选人或者指导研究员完成初步的访寻工作;
- 面试和甄选候选人,根据客户的需求和特点,推荐合适的候选人;
- 协调安排客户面试,及时解决面试过程中遇到的问题;
- 协调薪酬谈判和录用通知书的签署,并根据客户要求进行候选人背景调查;
- 候选人入职前、中、后的跟踪服务,并为候选人提供相应的职业发展建议;
- 与客户和候选人保持良好关系,了解市场动态,寻找和挖掘业务信息,进行业务拓展。
任职要求:
- 本科及以上学历,MBA或海外留学背景优先考虑;
- 至少一年或以上相关行业工作经验,有市场销售背景的优先考虑
有相关行业从业经验者优先;
- 具备优秀的人际沟通能力,思维缜密,关注细节;
- 成熟稳重,能够承受较大的工作压力,具有高度的责任感;
- 善于学习,结果导向,自我要求严格。
