Key Responsibilities:
1.Ensure all company obligation of employment is fully complied (including employment, payroll, social welfare, marginal salary, job license etc.), and all HR policy and procedure is properly conducted to meet the requirements of ICRF;
2.Responsible to maintain the data in PA system, ensure the information accuracy and updating;
3.Coordinate annual performance appraisal, ensure the appraisal is conducted properly;
4.Conduct job evaluation through Hay JE methodology to ensure job matrix being updated regularly.
5.Coordinate Annual salary survey, interpret survey findings to support salary adjustment, salary budget, and compensation policy review.
6.Involve in and support annual HR Budget.
Qualification Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above, prefer science and engineering background;
2.At least 3 years’ experience on employment ; skillful at compensation and labor relations;
3.Familiar with local HR policy and labor law ;
4.Excellent in using the software of Microsoft Office. eg: Word, Excel, PPT.
5.Good command of English;
6.Excellent communication skills, good at coordination.
