Key Responsibilities:
1.Conduct training needs collection. Draft training plan align with business needs according to analysis results;
2. Organize training programs and handle related issues;
3. Manager E-learning programs to be align with Delegation and company requirements;
4. Evaluate training result and effectiveness by using different approaches, and improve training effectiveness accordingly;
5. Ensure the updating and accuracy of training records (database in HR system) and related documentations are in place;
6. Design the process of Induction Program. Optimize the effectiveness of Induction program by using digital tool. Ensure local site HR specialist is well trained to deliver the program.
Qualification Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above;
2. At least 3 years’ experience on training relevant position;
3. Excellent in using the software of Microsoft Office. eg: Word, Excel, PPT.
4. Good command of English;
5. Excellent communication skills, good at coordination.
