Responsibility:
1.Monthly payroll calculation and payment arrangement on local FTE and Non-FTE as well as attendance management
2.Daily employee service in North region, like
*Employee on board, termination and transfer process
*Support on incumbency certification /leave certification/ any other documents needed on trip
*Window person to staff inquires as well as to contact person to FESCO
3.Data Management
*Contract Mgt: FTE labor contract (staff join, contract renew) + Non-FTE agreement
*e-HR data updating and maintenance
*Staff Pfile management
*HR data providing regarding internal and other BU's request
4. Insurance management in North region (commercial insurance + overseas Biz. Trip Insurance)
5.Support on HR programs and training
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above in any discipline with good spoken and written English
2. More than three years working experience in HR field
3. Experience on Workday and/or platinum salary calculation system is preferred
4. Good interpersonal capability
5. Good communication skills
6. Result driven
