Job Description:
Responsible for the development, implement, assessment and improvement of training projects to make sure that training projects can meet the requirements of the group and the staffs.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with all the departments and analyze their training requirements, make training plans.
Make annual staff training plans to meet the requirements
Implement and assess result of the staff training plans, set a tracking system
Be sure to fulfill some key staff training plans
Training cost control, regular reporting and assessment of training programs, as well as some filing work
Management of the external training agency and cultivation of internal trainers
Design staff’s career development plans
Management and improvement of training programs
Corporate culture training for all staffs
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree and above, 5+years relative working experience
Experience in operation of training projects, having worked in manufacturing industries is a plus
Professional in training system both in theory and implementation
Good communication skills and teamwork spirits
Good command of both written and spoken English
