Job description
Title: Learning and Development Manager
Report to: HR Director
Location: Beijing
Responsibilities:
· Conduct needs assessments by working closely with HR and stakeholders to understand L&D requirements to create and design the L&D plans in alignment with organization’s people strategy.
· Lead and deliver comprehensive training and development content to leadership, management, and employees using a variety of training techniques and a collaborative approach.
· Continually improve and optimize the New Hire Training program, make sure new hires have learning roadmap and can ramp up within the learning period.
· Partner with HR and business leaders on critical company talent process such as Talent Review, IDP and Hi-Po program to continually assess the state of our talent and adjust our L&D strategies to reflect the insights.
· Develops evaluation strategies to measure programs effectiveness with a keen focus on collecting data and measuring outcomes to continuously improve our learning solutions
· Liaison with global L&D/TM to leverage relevant tools and resources, help drive the implementation and adoption of related programs.
· Partner with outside vendors to facilitate employee programs and track and assess the effectiveness.
Qualifications:
· 7+ years of work experience leading training initiatives/learning projects, bachelor degree and above.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skill with the ability build trust relationships with leaders at all levels
· Self-motivated with the passion for continuous improvement
· Good English skills both written and oral.
