职责描述：
1、负责建立并优化培训体系，跟进落实E-learning培训学习平台的建设和维护
2、培训需求的调查分析，了解员工现状及对课程的期望，策划培训内容；
3、负责新员工入职培训，培训相关活动项目的组织开展；
4、按照企业培训计划，负责相关模块课程的讲授工作；
6、收集、分析并整理课程相关资料, 合理规划教学并进行教学设计；
5、根据培训效果，不断改进和完善培训课程和培训方式；
7、根据一定的学习逻辑与理论，开发适合学习者循序渐进自学的课程；
8、用图文、视频及H5等多种形式表达教学设计的理念，课件情境脚本设计、配音稿、素材需求文档的编写等;
任职要求：
1、具备专业的培训能力，且有课程设计开发的经验、能力；
2、具备5年以上工作经验，3年以上服务行业相关培训工作经验，熟悉培训内容以及培训流程；
3、具有较强的亲和力和敬业精神，为人正直、诚实，性格开朗；
4、具有良好的逻辑思维、执行力和抗压能力；
5、本科以上学历，人力资源管理、教育、心理学等相关专业优先；
6、形象气质佳，普通话二级甲等以上。
