岗位职责：
1、 负责公司技术中高端职位的招聘，根据公司业务发展和招聘需求制定招聘计划；
2、依据业务部门用人需求，提供专业的招聘咨询服务，并制定招聘计划；
3、根据岗位JD进行职位分析，制定详细的寻访方案，建立人才搜寻渠道；通过各渠道评估、筛 选，推荐合适的候选人；
4、 候选人面试安排、结果反馈、offer等入职后续跟踪服务工作；
任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，3年以上招聘领域工作经验；
2、熟练掌握人员招聘及面试的各类工具；
3、热爱招聘工作，业务导向，数据敏感性高，结果导向；
4.互联网招聘背景、猎头背景优先。
