Purpose of position

As part of Talent Acquisition team, this position will have a key role in ensuring talent acquisition at Hilti as a strategic partner that delivers operational and functional excellence in recruitment to support the businesses and function. This position will be accountable for attracting and securing the best-in-class global talent from the external marketplace.
Minimum Experience & Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above in the major of Human Resources or Business Administration or related.
2. Oversees working or study experience is preferred.
3. Sufficient oral and written English skill, and good computer skills (Word/Excel/PPT) .
4. Minimum 6 years working experience on Human Resources experience and at least 3 years from manufacturing is a must.
5. Preferred to be certified by competence-based interview method: Lomginer or DDI
6. Preferred to be qualified with job evaluation, job matching and advanced knowledge / know-how on Hay points system, Hewitt or Mercer.
7. Travel required for business needs and overseas trainings, and on-site recruitment service in other plants.
8. High energy, strong sense of urgency, self-motivated and results-oriented process orientation dedicated to continuous improvement. In particular, able to work independent and multi-tasking oriented.
9. Excellent communication skills and proven ability to deal with challenges in ever-changing environment.
Responsibilities

1. Manage and partner with BU Heads and RPO in order to ensure transparent, standardized service that meet the needs of the business, in particular providing professional knowledge support and insight to business solutions through pooled, high quality HR capabilities which serve the business in the most cost effective way through driving recruitment standardization and globalization in processes and tooling.
2. Coordinate with managers from various departments to get further knowledge about the positions to
drive and coordinate selection process in line with recruitment standard and measures effectiveness
and efficiency of talent acquisition strategy.
3. Assist Talent Acquisition Manager to develop and implement recruitment, selection and on-boarding
process with the aim of hiring and retaining talents, especially for improving new hires integration and engagement through optimization of recruitment infrastructure, best practices and top to down talent acquisition strategy.
4. Conduct and maintain a regular dialogue with hiring managers or overseas hiring managers to gain a
deep understanding of current and future recruitment needs. And provide management information and trend information on Talent Acquisition to hiring manager.
5. Implement global and local talent acquisition strategy through various recruitment events and
activities, such as domestic/overseas job fair and campus recruitment, etc. And develop appropriate
channels and external events to roll out employer branding.
6. To be responsible to provide the lead in headhunter vendors performance management and further
improvement.
7. Work in partnership with the management to drive organizational transformation, employee
engagement and recognition in line with the strategy of global hiring-perform team and employer
branding campaign.
8. Any ad-hoc assigned by Supervisor.
