- Delivering Thomson Reuters Content, Products or Financial Markets related courses on regular basisVxs8!4( 
- Manage routine learning admin activities for site learning teamfl=)W2.UU 
- Liaise with Content team managers and Subject Matter Experts to deliver learning solutionse9 LD,8O 
- Developing new training/learning materials by consolidating the learning needs from the department managers and by any other top-down or bottom-up requests<I .<m-v 
- Using a range of methodologies to support learning, examples include workshop, virtual classroom (WebEx), eLearning, workbooks, newsletter, etc._DnNp+/pY  
- Updating the learning roadmaps on the internal learning websiteuJe1J*N 
- Organising a training timetable for the most efficient learning arrangementsR(Q 0u.S< 
- Sourcing and Liaising with external vendors to meet various training needs, lead the discussion with the training requesters and external trainers on course customization1_af!2> 
- Maintaining communication channels with other functions and departments in order to share information relating to requirementsV,L/^ &;{

- Good experience in software development or testing, and solid knowledge on computer science applications in financial industry, data base application or networking or object-oriented design & programming etc.Q '>7: R
