As an experienced Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist, you will work in the following scenarios, setting and owning the sourcing channel strategy:
Proactively identifying and sourcing specific open slots within the area of expertise through talent maps, market research, and competitor intelligence
Owning several always on-pipeline roles
Driving recruitment activity in the Asia Pacific by seeking out new and improved ways to source top
talents
Recommending recruitment ideas and strategies that will contribute to the organization's growth
Supporting the implementation and fine-tuning new and existing recruiting processes
You will work closely with the Recruitment Managers within your market or area of expertise. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will align to one of the following:
Topic Specialist: Subject matter expertise in a specific topic could also align to a practice area, industry sector, or a strategic initiative, like gender diversity
Market Specialist: Subject matter expertise in specific markets, including multiple countries. The Market Sourcer will source for various topics but will build expertise in topics over time
Digital Specialist: Subject matter expertise in digital topics and aligned to 1 to 2 markets (with potentially multiple countries in one market)
You will own and define the sourcing strategy for each slot or project.
You will report to the Asia Pacific Sourcing Manager and will be an integral part of the Asia Pacific sourcing team as well as the teams within your market or topic of expertise.
YOU'RE GOOD AT
Setting sourcing strategy for each search
Introducing new sourcing channels/trends in the market and providing feedback on existing
channels' performance
Are a member of networks/prof. bodies in topic/market
Using existing sourcing channels (to be agreed with stakeholders):
o Advertise on external platforms & career site
o Screen all applications from adverts / on career site
o Receive & screen referrals from campaigns and evergreen folders o Direct sourcing using digital / sourcing tools, within own networks o Review alumni list and work with alumni recruiting owner
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
5+ years of in-house talent sourcing or head-hunting experience in a professional services environment, with a focus on pipeline creation, research-based talent engagement, proven understanding of talent acquisition marketing and segmentation
Strong drive for success and excellence; a self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility brings an agile mindset to day-to-day activities.

A deep understanding of sourcing technology, market trends, and talent strategy
Ability to manage multiple searches through solid project management and prioritization/
planification skills
Flexible in adapting ways of working to an ever-evolving talent market, deftly navigating change
and ambiguity
Clear and compelling written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in English
Bachelor's/Master's degree
Ability to multi-task and operate effectively in a matrix organization
