The Responsibilities of this role:

Documentary making
Making Bid document according to the Tendering document. Make the contract and all the
related files. Organize all the material to meet the technical requirement. Collecting and making up medical equipment information and materials. -
Information Providing
Researches and gathers information for articles, press releases, events, etc. make up
report to manager as reference for loan projects or other sales activities. -
Coordination
Cooperate with the products sales, marketing staff in informing them the specific
situations of loan projects running. Cooperate with the sales of third party suppliers, specially with Siemens. -
End-User’s Relations
Introduce the loan project to the potential EU, organize the products specialist to introduce the suitable products to the EU. Confirm the configurations, and sign the contracts with EU and help them to implement the loan project processes in time. Help them to solve the problems at each loan project process step. Maintains and establishes good relationships with our end users. Gains feedback from them to improve our sales and service professional level. -
Administrative Affairs
Maintaining the administrative affairs in the loan project running smoothly, efficiency and effectively. Write the loan project status brief reports to the products managers of Med. Dept. at least twice in one month. Push everyone of the group to settle off their accounts in time.
Education & Experience Requirement with the Position:
- Education background: Graduated from a top university;

Foreign education experiences will be highly preferred

Experience: 1 year foreign company working experience is preferred.
