Key Responsibilities:
主要职责:
**Welcome all visitors in a professional and courteous way,greeting and catering (tea, coffee,etc);
以职业友善的方式接待来访客人、招呼访客并提供茶饮;
**Telephone switchboard operation (internal and external call handling);
正确的转接内/外部电话;
**Conference room management (booking/equipment check/stationery refill);
会议室的管理(预定/设备检查/补充文具);
**Make hotel reservation for office staff;
为公司员工提供酒店预定;
**Book air/train tickets for office staff;
为公司员工提供机票/火车票的预定;
**Stationary management including distribution and stock management;
文具的预定、分发及库房的管理;
**Arrange local and international express mails;
国内外快递及包裹的安排;
**Reception environment and plant management;
接待区域及公司绿植的管理;
**Other tasks as required by line manager;

Qualifications:
所需资质:
**College degree or above;
大专及以上学历;
**1 years or more administrative job experience;
1年及以上行政工作经验;
**Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Power Point);
熟练使用Office办公软件;
**Good communication and interpersonal skills;
优秀的沟通及人际交往技巧;
**Ability to handle complex situations flexibly;
灵活的处事方式;
**Ability to handle a variety of tasks, sometimes simultaneously, professional and pleasant manner;
善于同时处理多项复杂任务;
**Strong teamwork spirit;
优秀的团队协作精神;
**Good command of English;
优秀的英语沟通能力;
**Willing to be receptionist;
