Position title: BHR Specialist for Supply Chain & Global Functions

Location: Changshu
Report to: Head of HR, Changshu Mill
Purpose of the job:
Responsible for development and implementation of common HR strategy including HR services, processes, policies, tools to enhance the competence development, job satisfaction and well-being of employees.
Key tasks:
· Act as key contact for managers in all HR issues to ensure availability of HR services.
· Ensure by means of HR development and resourcing that the organisation has sufficient and appropriate capabilities/competences for achieving its strategic objectives.
· Partner with business leaders and frontline managers to find out needs and requirements in the area of human resources management; provide daily consultations and help with solutions.
· Manage employee relations and industrial/union relations through expanding communication channels and face-to-face meetings.
· Manage employee discipline, reward and recognition to prevent labour disputes and litigations.
· People strategy implementation. e.g.: manpower planning, talent review, competence development, management team development planning, 360 facilitator, change management facilitation, etc.
· Recruitment: take responsibility of all level positions recruiting and interview ;
· Employee Engagement Survey implementation and follow-up.
· Support the organizational development.
· Other tasks or projects as assigned.
Prerequisites:
· Human Resource Management or relevant Bachelor degree, Master degree is preferred.
· 3~5 years' HR work experience in multinational company
· Be passionate and willing to dedicate
· Excellent people skill, cooperation and team work.
· Proficient in English communication.
· Willing to contact people and understand their needs
· Communication skills with different country's people. Understand culture difference
