Minimum Experience & Qualifications
1. Bachelor Degree or above in Business Management and/or Human Resource Management.
2. At least 3 years working experience in payroll management in MNCs. Must has experience in manufacturing field.
3. A proven work knowledge of both general human resources and compensation & benefits matters.
4. Proactive and result-oriented. Able to work independently and self-driven.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Good analytical and numerical ability as well as problem solving abilities.
7. Fluent English language and computer Literacy.
Responsibilities
职位职责
1. Manage monthly payroll, report and distribution, daily operation & maintenance of HRIS.
2. Be in charge of employee social insurance & housing provident fund, such as calculation, reviewing & validating.
3. Be responsible for updating & maintaining of payroll data to support relevant data analysis.
4. Manage all reports related the requirement from Finance department and HR department.
6. Manage related the 3rd party HR vendor to improve service level, check all social insurances
statement to ensure all mandatory expenses to be paid accurately, legally and on time.
5. Respond to staff enquiries related to compensation & benefits in a timely and professional manner.
6. Involve in annual budgeting process, personnel cost analysis and forecasting.
7. Other duties assigned by Team Lead-Reward and Mobility.

Salary: 150k-200k / year
