Job Description:
–Build Beijing team (Sales,Marketing, Technical, after sales) in short period and daily HR support.
–Participate and implement HR projects(Recruitment,C&B,performance, training) in the assigned area of responsibility.
–Act as an internal consultant ,coach and counsel employees and managers on HR issues.
–Indentify key players, high/potential talent and work out the development plan cooperate with department.
–Resolve employee relations issues using sound judgment and a win-win, solution-oriented approach.
Drive employee communications.
–Investigate talent market trend and the feature of hiring to provide valuable recommendations on talent attraction and people retention..
–Local HR Service and Employee relationship management
Qualification:
–BA, degree in Human resource or Psychology is preferred
–Minimum 5 years experience in HR overall working experience
–Profound knowledge in China labor law and local regulations.
–Strong Business Acumen
–Communication and negotiation Skills
–Excellent customer service skills
–Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
–Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
–Good command of both English and Mandarin.
