Responsibilities
Based in Beijing and reports to General Manager, the Human Resources & Administrative Manager should be accountable for the overall management of human resources functions including administration duties.  He or she should develop and implement effective human resources policies/practices, manage the compensation, benefits and payroll activities, and set up the organization and employee development system. The candidate should drive human resources initiatives to support the company culture across the company and assist the management in succession planning and organization restructuring and reengineering. To be successful, the candidate should according to the development to build up training system. He or she should set up the internal communication. He or she should be responsible for managing office administration, IT management and expenses.

Qualification
The candidate should have Bachelor Degree or above, and have more than 5-8 years of relevant working experience. He or she should skill in work regulation knowledge, management, salary, and evaluation system knowledge and have the ability to deal with complexity and crisis. To be successful, the candidate should understand the medical situation, and familiar with all departments of Company. He or she should familiar with the training process. He or she should fluency in both oral and writing English, and skill in windows software.
