This HR Generalist position works within Company China East region HR team, as a business
partner to support multiple function including manufacture and R&D, provide a broad range of
human resource consultation and service to the business client groups. Details are:
Oversee the effective goal setting and deployment process in the business, linked to company
Performance & Development process to ensure the business goals are aligned and cascaded
through the organization.
Policy Design and Standardization, work with the country HR team to drive and deploy programs
and processes
Employee Engagement
Implementation of Staffing, Training, C&B initiatives in conjunction with Centers of Excellence
Management Resource Review (Talent review and succession planning) for 2nd/3rd level
deployment
Coach, support and advice the client managers in people management, organization and
employee relations matters
Retention Strategy – “broker” talent job moves within the organization (functions), and across
Business Units and Business Groups
Performance Management
Workforce Planning and Census Management, in order to ensure the optimal resources and
staffing process
Understanding legal requirements and implementation for the country Honeywell Operating
System Support
Assist in the deployment of local and regional Communication plans (inputs to COE)
