Key responsibilities for this role including below but not limited:
· Be accountable for the hiring for the business groups of Microsoft Asia Pacific Engineering
· Work closely with the hiring managers, interviewers and tracking the candidates strategically
· Source and maintain a strong candidate pipeline of talents for the business group you support
· Screen the CVs, do HR interview with candidates and present candidates who are a good fit for the hiring needs of our business
· Manage interview process accurately and effectively
· Track and report hiring statistics
· Develop candidate interest for available positions and client companies
· Participate staffing programs with cross team staffing colleagues like talent mapping, market intelligence and etc.
Qualifications and experience:
· Must have a Bachelor's Degree at a minimum.
· Must have knowledge and understanding of the talent landscape of IT industry including software, internet, or hardware.
· Must have strong direct sourcing skill, ideally have 1+ years working experience in recruiting firm
· Good English speaking and writing skills required
· Requires an approachable personal style, effective problem solving
· Strong PC skills in Windows applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
· Must be a self-starter, able to work independently and a strong team player
· Requires strong negotiation, influencing and interpersonal skills.
· Demonstrated discretion in dealing with highly confidential matters.
