Responsibilities: Implementation of the company's human resources strategy, coordination and follow the recruitment and

selection criteria, within a short time to complete the job vacancies

Identify business executive and department managers recruitment needs

Search, selection of suitable candidates, the recruitment task to complete within the time specified node

Real-time follow up progress of the recruitment and timely communication with the department managers and candidates

Coordinate schedules interviews

The balance of external circumstances, the admission of candidates for the intention to develop Offer content

Maintain and make recruitment report, such as recruitment costs, recruitment channels, national turnover report

Manage recruitment channels, including all types of online and offline Vendors(Zhaopin, future, LinkedIn, headhunting,

executive  search)

Ensure effective number of employees and reserve talent pool

Participate in the annual budget of the project; produce a variety of reports and PPT
