l Attendance record management: Maintain the attendance, OT and leave record or other attendance system data record (dormitory, meal and etc.) 100% accuracy and timely for payroll and report’s use. Be responsible for monitoring OT, leave application and approval process abided by employees and business leaders from time to time. l Social benefit management: Timely manage social insurance and housing fund adjustment and for new comers and leavers in alignment with legal regulation both on official website and in Shanghai and Tai Cang’s social insurance and housing fund’s bureau 100% accuracy. l Employee personal file management: Make sure employee profile archived in clean and timely manner in alignment with company guidelines. Provide fully support on employee profile plan execution. Maintain and update p-file database timely and accurately l Check-in and Check-out procedure: Be responsible for check-in & out for new comers and leavers to timely collect mandatory documents for employee profiles. Continuously improve check-in & out process l HR-related matrix/report update: Maintain and update census, OT, Leave report and other information, ensuring 100% accuracy l Labor Contract renewal: timely notify respective HR of their business’ employees’ contract renewal review (about 2 months’ before expiration); arrange employees to sign the labor contracts on time and archive the signed contracts in their profiles. l Fully in compliance with company EHS policy and processes l Handle monthly payroll and tax filling for all Trio China employees, ensure timely deposits and accuracy l Support in recruitment and performance management l Support on other job assigned. |

Education and working experience: l College Degree or above; l At least 4 years working experience in HR and at least 2 years’ experience in staffing or benefit administration related work. l Be very careful with details oriented; Be willing to work hard and take extra workload; Have the sense of responsibilities; Be highly patient Language Skills: Good communication skill; Good written and oral English ; Computer Skills: Proficient in attendance system and MS software, especially Excel. |
