JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS:
Processing of employment applications and to ensure recruiting activities in line with the company’s annual headcount budget.
Coordinate and support for recruitment activities, including: Looking for right channels, job posting, CV screening, interview arrangement, and other relative affairs.
Conducting of first interviews with suitable candidates on time based on recruitment process.
Actively searches for innovative recruitment and advertising channels for development.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor degree or equivalent major in Human Resources, English or other related discipline.
At least 1 year relevant working experience in HR functions, preferably in recruiting field.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Good English language skills both in speaking and writing.
With a positive attitude and willing to learn HR knowledge
Good computer skills, especially with Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
