Assist HR manager deal with daily administration and HR affairs.
Key Responsibilities and accountabilities
HR tasks of recruiting
* To update our recruiting information on the web and do publish of new jobs timely.
* To make selection of candidates each day and make appointments for interview through telephone.
* To arrange interview for the candidates, including the negotiation of time with different departments and the place to hold interview.
* To give interview feedback to the candidates and schedule the entry affairs for the qualified persons.
HR tasks of process
* To deal with entry and demission issues. Including preparing offer letter, confirmation letter, employment contract, termination letter. Update the database information.
* To manage the entry process, including the registration form, offer letter, the ID card, the pictures, the ICBC card and other things, to make introduction of the newcomer to the office.
* To manage the employment contract and employment handbook for new staff and make sure the sign of labor contract and the handbook confirmation letter done within one month after the entry.
* To manage demission issues, preparing the termination letter and working letter for the persons and settling up all files of the quit person.
* To take charge of the HR database management, including the update of the database and the HR turnover and the clear up of all the paper documents for staffs.
* Oversee social security and housing fund enrollment and withdraw process, and assist employee with relavent administrative work for housing fund withdraw.
* Oversee commercial insurance process. To help employee with commercial insurance reimbursement, remind employee to submit supporting document and work with PICC contact person for the successful insurance claim.
HR tasks of scheduling
* To check with the store regional manager about the arrangement for shifts each week and make correction for mistakes.
* To make monthly work overview for the store and make calculation for the working days of STMA.
Dormitory management
* To go through monthly inspection for our current employee dormitory and give improvement advice to HR manager.
* To manage dormitory entry affairs, including dormitory list, rules and keys for the newcomer.
* To manage dormitory log out business, including dormitory keys, tidy of the bed and fees related.
Other administration works
* To make remind of monthly birthday and order cakes for the person, prepare the celebration of the ceremony.
* To be responsible for hotel booking, plane & train bookings, Mobile fee reload, electricity fee, express fee, rental fee affairs.
* Check ZTO invoice
* Contact Office DRC/Bills Electricity/Phones etc/Kitchen invoice
* Scanning & archiving contracts & Chop Applications
* Storage room sorting/stores, office keys management
* Entry card& temporary living certificate affairs
Qualifications
* 1-2 years of HR working experience with comprehensive HR knowledge of social security & housing fund, market practice of commercial insurance, etc.
* Good and kind communicator
* Speaks and writes fluently English
* Details oriented
* Ability to work independent and still be a good team player.
* Willing to learn and to grow
