Job RESPONSIBLIES:
HR:
· Create a positive “interviewing experience” for candidates
· Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, hiring manager’s interactions, and other recruiting activities
· Schedule and coordinate all interviews, solicits thorough feedback from hiring managers, and ensure timely follow up with candidates
· Work directly with hiring managers to help source and pre-screen candidates, facilitate interviews, and fill requisitions
· Participate in other human resources projects as needed
· New employee probationary follow up.
Admin:
· To manage internal/external operational process (like power/water/office supplier purchasing process) to ensure the smooth operation of the laboratory.
· To help lab manager on managing the application of using the laboratory.
· Handle staff dormitory arrangement.
· Provide support to staff concerning.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor Degree above in HR, English, business administration or other relevant disciplines
· 2+ years of related professional human resources practice experience.
· 1+ years experiences in office administration;
· Good English in both writing and speaking;
· Be mature, strong initiative and good team work spirit and can-do working attitude.
· Willing and able to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, and demonstrate flexibility
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment
· Sound business ethics that show consistency between principles, values, and behaviors
