岗位职责:
1、Manage annual performance appraisal process
2、Manage salary proposal/offer letter for new recruits
3、Manage internal movements (e.g. promotion, transfer, salary change etc.)
4、Make proposal to C&B manager and lead implementation of C&B related programs (e.g. contract content review, benefit review, enterprising annuity, grading system, recognition program etc..)
5、Review and make proposal to C&B manager to update policy/guideline timely based on business needs and related law and regulators
6、Review and make proposal to C&B manager on current HR practice (e.g. flexible working hours, part-time/outsourcing service etc.) and on continuous process improvement
7、Compile C&B policy manual and set up related SOPs
8、Monitor and timely make suggestions on HR policy/practice to ensure it is in line with related law and regulations
9、Manage C&B communication for both department head and employee
