RESPONSIBILITIES 职位描述:
1、According to the development of Company, collecting yearly hiring requirements from all departments and make the analysis
根据公司发展需求,收集、分析各部门的人员需求,制定招聘计划;
2、Assist HR Manager to make the analysis the job descriptions and generating hiring plan based on hiring requirements needs
基于人员需求的基础上,协助人力资源经理分析岗位职责和岗位资格,制定招聘计划;
3、Find and develop the different sourcing to hire the qualified employees
发展并寻找多种招聘渠道完成招聘;
4、Release the hiring position on the internet and screen the resumes
发布招聘信息,收集和筛选应聘者资料;
5、Make the arrangements for interview and input the candidates’ information in data base
安排面试并将候选人信息输入到人力资源库中
6、Keep on tracking the potential candidates till on boarding
负责与候选人保持沟通直到候选人到岗;
7、Updating hiring plans, candidate pool, monthly recruiting report and org-chart
更新招聘计划、人力资源库、招聘月度报告以及组织架构图;
8、Improve hiring process
改善招聘流程 ;
