Job Description:
1. Design Salary structure and performance bonus scheme
2. Design Long term incentive and other retention program
3. Monthly headcount management and re-forecasting
4. HR system implementation and rolling out
5. Incentive framework implementation and policy maintenance
6. Salary information maintenance and monthly payroll management
7. Benefit management
8. Employment contract management
9. Labor cost and HR cost planning and analysis
10. Assist in daily compensation and benefit operation
Job Qualification:
1. At least 8 years working experience as HR, min 5 years’ experience in C&B function
2. More than 3 years’ team management experiences in C&B function
3. Have experiences to cooperate with Mercer
4. Familiar with local labor benefits policy in different main cities in China
5. Capable to use English as working language
5. Very logical thinking, good interpersonal and communication skills
6. Good team spirit with strong accountability.
